Russel Braga is a manufacturing executive, educator, composer, and entrepreneur of Yucatec Maya descent. As Senior Manufacturing Production Manager, he oversees end-to-end plant operations for telecommunications connectivity products, bringing Lean Six Sigma discipline honed through founding Allmigo® Allergy Friendly Foods. His career spans Higher Education leadership — directing Ph.D., Master's, and Bachelor's programs at a Texas public university — and implementing data-driven enrollment and revenue stream strategies across community college districts. Braga holds an MBA from Texas Woman's University and a Bachelor's in Music and Spanish from SMU. He is an ASCAP composer, classical guitarist, PADI-certified Scuba Instructor, and lives driven by faith, family, and "The Way of Love," dedicating his talents to serving others for the glory of God.
