Russel Braga is a manufacturing leader, educator, composer, and entrepreneur–turned-food-safety-quality and R&D expert of Yucatec Maya descent. As Senior Manufacturing Operations Leader at a purpose–driven global company, he oversees end–to–end plant operations and production performance for telecommunications connectivity products, bringing Lean Six Sigma discipline honed through founding Allmigo® Allergy Friendly Foods where he successfully mastered trademark prosecution via innovation and registration of intellectual property with the U.S. Trademark and Patent Office (USPTO). His career spans Higher Education leadership — directing Ph.D., Master's, and Bachelor's programs in Health Science at a Texas public university — and implementing data-driven enrollment and revenue stream strategies across community college districts. Braga holds an MBA from Texas Woman's University and a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Music and Spanish from SMU. He is an ASCAP composer, classical guitarist, PADI-certified Scuba Diver, and lives driven by faith, family, and The Way of Love, dedicating his talents to serving others for the glory of God.
