Russel Braga is a manufacturing leader, educator, composer, and entrepreneur of Yucatec Maya descent. As Senior Manufacturing Operations Leader at a purpose-driven global company, he oversees end-to-end plant operations and production performance for telecommunications connectivity products, bringing Lean Six Sigma discipline honed through founding Allmigo® Allergy Friendly Foods, where he led R&D, built innovation management systems, and mastered trademark prosecution via registration of intellectual property with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). His career spans higher education leadership — directing Ph.D., Master's, and Bachelor's programs in Health Science at a Texas public university — and implementing data-driven enrollment and revenue-stream strategies across community college districts. Braga holds an MBA from Texas Woman's University and a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Music and Spanish from SMU.
